Policies

Age Policies

Age restrictions for classes, workshops and camps vary.  Each class description will specify age requirements and parent/caregiver participation/supervision.

Adult Supervision

Each class will specify parent/caregiver participation.

Behavior

All students are expected to behave appropriately without disturbing the art experience of the other children. If a child displays disrespectful or innappropriate language or behavior after two warnings, parents/guardians will be contacted. If behavior consists, the student will be withdrawn from the program and a refund will not be given.

Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts are available for some of our programs.  Class descriptions will indicate available discounts.

Payment

Wild About Art for Kids accepts credit cards including American Express, Disover, Mastercard and Visa.  Payment must be paid in full prior to the start of any class, workshop or event.  

Confirmation

Your online receipt is considered registration in a class or workshop. Assume your child is registered unless you hear otherwise.  For weekly classes and summer camps, you will receive an informational e-mail approximately a week before class starts.

Cancellations/Refunds

Once a child is enrolled in a weekly class. homeschool class or summer camp, you have 30 days  prior to the class start to ask for a refund.  Refunds must be done in writing and sent via email to kathy.wildaboutart@yahoo.com.  An administrative fee will be deducted from the original payment.  Other classes, such as Kids Canvas Painting Classes, Weekend Workshops and Storybook Art Classes  are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for a credit.  Specific information is in the class description.

Missed Classes

Students that are enrolled in weekly art classes are eligible for (1) make up class per session.  There are no make-up classes for any other programs. 

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event that class needs to be cancelled because of inclement weather, we will reschedule the class or offer a refund or credit.  During the winter months, we build and extra day into the weekly schedule before a new session begins.  If it is a weekend workshop or kids painting class the class will be rescheduled or you can request a refund or studio credit.You will be notified by text and e-mail for class cancellation and it will also be posted on our home web page and our Facebook Page.

Low Enrollment

Wild About Art for Kids reserves the right to cancel any classes or events due to low enrollment.  Refunds will be issued
